Trainer's Edge (hosted by Silver Comet)

Open to ALL Districts and Out of Council Scouters, as every Scout deserves a well trained leader. The Why Trainer's EDGE is a "train the trainer" class designed to give you the skills and tools to take your training presentations and facilitation to the next level, utilizing the EDGE training model and through hands-on training experiences. The Who Trainer's EDGE is recommended for all Wood Badge staff, NYLT staff, BALOO staff, IOLS staff, unit trainers, Cubmasters, Scoutmasters, Venturing Advisors, District trainers, and others interested in improving their training and presentation skills. Presenters of all levels and skills are welcome to attend. Plan Ahead Participants must come prepared to present a 7-10 minute presentation on any Scouting material (including Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Venturing, and Exploring).
