2023 Silver Comet Splash Day

Silver Comet District is EXCITED to Announce our 3rd Summertime Event!!

Join us as we try to "beat the heat" in July and wrap up the summer with our FIRST ever Splash Day at Seven Springs Water Park in Powder Springs. The park features 2 water slides, a lazy river and a splash pad area with zero depth entry.

Tuesday, July 25th

10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (water park)

12:00 pm - 1:00 PM (lunch)

Cost = $15 per person (includes Scouts, adults, siblings)

Walk-ins will be accepted if there is space available for an additional $5

**Cost includes exclusive Silver Comet use of the park as well as a picnic lunch (hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, water).

From 12 PM to 1 PM, we'll be offering a picnic lunch at the pavilion behind the park for all participants (included with your registration fee).

All Scouts will be classified as "non-swimmers" for purposes of the swim test classification. Lifeguards will be provided by Cobb County, and Silver Comet Health & Safety staff will also be on site. Event leadership will be trained in Safe Swim Defense and Safety Afloat per the Guide to Safe Scouting.

All participants will be expected to utilize the buddy board system and will be provided with a personalized tag upon check-in.
