Have electronic versions of your health form AND CARD (back/front in 1 PDF), as well as YPT (volunteers 14+) and Haz Weather forms (all volunteers) - you will be able to upload them during registration! We expect a FULL CAMP this year (only 145 cub spots), so sign up early!

Cost: $165 per Cub Scout (includes one shirt)
When: June 1 - 4, 2026 (9am start, 2:30 pickup - this is an HOUR EARLIER than previous years).
Where: Macland Community Church, 3615 Macland Rd, Powder Springs, GA 30127
Who: Any youth entering grades 1 through 5 during Fall 2023, Troop Youth Volunteers, Adult Volunteers (yes, we NEED YOU!)
Cost: $165 per Dragon/Cub (includes one shirt, other may be purchased).

TRAINING DATES
There are 2 trainings. Please note which one you will need to attend and add it to your calendar!
May 13, 2026 will be virtual for returning volunteers.
May 16th, 2026 will be in-person for new volunteers and ALL red-shirt youth.
IMPORTANT TIMES TO KNOW FOR CAMP
All Den Chiefs arrival - 8:00AM (no cub scout siblings dropped off, there are no adults to watch over them, we recommend waiting at someplace such as Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts.
Adult Volunteers - 8:20AM (if you carpool with other kids, keep them with you until 8:45AM) - gather on the lawn at your cone and not inside the gym.
Cub Drop Off - Begins at 8:45am-9:00am
Camp begins - 9:00AM
Early pick up - BEFORE 1:30PM (volunteers may not leave early, we need you until the end of every day)
Dismissal - 2:30PM (PLEASE do NOT arrive before 2:20PM for dismissal as camp is still in session and cubs are walking all over campus - this is a HUGE safety issue for our cubs and volunteers; as well as traffic backing up onto the main road.) No cub may be left until den chief dismissal as there is no one to watch them. Pick up your cub and go sit at Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, etc. until 3:30PM.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER TRAINING
Volunteering at Camp? First of all, THANK YOU! Get a head start by completing the Hazardous Weather training below and send us the certificate via email.

4. Print the certificate at the end of the test or when it arrives....
5. Email us your certificate.
YOUTH PROTECTION TRAINING
Volunteering at Camp? First of all, THANK YOU! Get a head start by completing the YPT training below and send us the certificate via email.

3. There is a BIG Youth Protection logo on the right of the screen - click the logo and begin the course.
4. Print the certificate at the end of the test.
5. Upload it when you register for camp (preferred) or mail us your certificate.
We highly suggest saving this certificate as a PDF on your computer until it expires and then replacing it.
