Adult Awards & Recognition (aka Square Knots)

We are blessed to have some pretty amazing leaders here in Silver Comet. And you ALL deserve to be recognized. At the 2024 Leader Recognition Banquet, we intend to do just that!

We'll be handing out Journey to Excellence ribbons, District Awards of Merit and Silver Comet Conductor Awards. We'd LOVE to hand out some leader training awards too (aka Square Knots, or Leader's Knots)!

These awards can be earned by adults for tenure and training completion. Take a look through the list below and see if you, or any of your fellow leaders qualify. If so, just fill out the application and turn it into our Training Chair, Shawn Blake at

training@silvercometdistrictbsa.org and we'll be sure to recognize your (their) accomplishment in March!
